All vehicle rentals in Isleworth are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. This document outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, and your responsibilities related to the rental. In the event of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

Requirements for Vehicle Rental

A valid full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category is required, held for the minimum period stated in the Rental Agreement. You will also need to present valid identification and proof of your current address, along with payment information and a security deposit. Booking and Payment Details
- Reservations can be made on our website, via telephone, or directly at our Isleworth office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The total payment and a security deposit are generally collected upon vehicle pickup. All prices are stated in British Pounds (£) and include VAT as applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, with transactions handled securely through trusted payment processors.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection, it is important to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed to document the state of the car. You are required to return the vehicle in the same condition it was collected, accounting for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be evaluated and charged accordingly. Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when it was collected; refueling charges will be applied if the fuel level is lower. Late returns may result in additional fees, so please inform us as soon as possible if you expect a delay. You will be responsible for any parking fines, traffic violations, or charges incurred during your rental period, along with an administrative fee.
Insurance and Liability Terms
- All rentals include basic third-party insurance. You can find comprehensive coverage details and excess amounts outlined in your Rental Agreement. Additional insurance options may be available to lower your financial responsibility. It is advisable to review these options thoroughly. You are accountable for any damage or loss up to the excess amount, unless additional insurance is in place. Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of these Terms remains your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.
Cancellation Policy and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or missed reservations could incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other risky pursuits. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting to others or permitting unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, using the vehicle for unintended purposes, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and operating outside of designated geographical boundaries without permission are strictly forbidden.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Isleworth is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is capped at the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence, or for fraudulent activity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in these regions.
